Service measures
一、 Quotation:
The quotation in written form will be finished within two workdays
and sent to the customers by
fax, E-mail and telephone.
二、 Examination and calibration
1. The examination, calibration and testing work on the measurement
instruments will be finished within 10 work days from the day we receive
the instruments.
2. For the clients who have made an appointment adhead of one-week,
the examination, calibration and testing work on the measurement instruments
will be finished within 5 workdays.
3. The time limits on special projects will be subject to the negociation
of the both sides.
4. The clients who have signed an agreeement with our institute will
enjoy the preferential conditions stipulated by the agreement.
5. We will make the periodic examination plan on the instruments for
our clients, which will be implented on schedule.
6. We will arrange vehicles and technicians to offer door-to-door
service within the city limits and make the on-the-spot procedures for
our client who have difficulties for sending us the instruments. The clients
should pay some traffic charges for this service.
三、 Inspection finished
Those clients who require an on-the-spot service should contact with
us 10 workdays in advance to negociate the date for on-the-spot testing. |
